- assistance in preparing the necessary documents for the arrival and stay of foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic;
- work with foreign citizens arriving at ISM IUK;
- visa processing for foreign students at the DCS of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- registration of foreign students in the State Registration Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (SRS PKR);
