The Inter-University Olympiad on “Cervical Cancer – 2026” was held on January 30, 2026, at the Amanat University Hospital of the International School of Medicine of the International University of Kyrgyzstan (ISM MUK).
The event was organized by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in collaboration with the Student Support and Extracurricular Activities Department, with the support of the ISM MUK Student Council, as part of World Cervical Cancer Awareness Month.
Students from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KSMA), the International Higher School of Medicine, the University of South Asia, and the host, the International School of Medicine of the International University of Kyrgyzstan, participated in the Olympiad.
Based on the Olympiad results:
The Vanguards team (ISM MUK) took first place;
The Neoplasia Navigators team (KSMA) took second place;
The Gyne Guardians team (ISM MUK) took third place. The Onco Warriors team (University of South Asia) was awarded the Best Interdisciplinary Approach award.
