Eurasian Technopark "Ala-Too"

  1. Eurasian Technopark “Ala-Too” (ET) – created by the decision of the fifth meeting of the Presidium of the Scientific and Technical Council under the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated April 7, 2022.

    ET is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

    • May 2022, Certificate N 20080130, series:

    ET Charter approved: May 10, 2022, a general meeting of founders.

    • A memorandum was signed with the Bishkek Free Economic Zone, which is ready to allocate the premises necessary for the production of products developed by startups
    • A memorandum was signed with Pharma LLC (05/19/2022) on the territory of the FEZ, where some biomedical startups will be located
    • A memorandum was signed with Pardiz Technopark (TP) (Iran) on joint activities in the field of:
    • The TA will provide relevant consultations to the Kyrgyz side for the creation and development of the AlaToo technology park in Kyrgyzstan;
    • TA will assist in equipping the joint Kyrgyz-Iranian hospital created by the Educational, Scientific, and Production Complex “The International University of Kyrgyzstan” and Semnan University;
    • TP will assist in the supply of medical equipment for the production of medicines and biologically active substances from mountain medicinal herbs and yak blood serum albumin;
    • The TA will assist the Kyrgyz side in the development and supply of special equipment for a bioethanol production plant.
    • It is planned to create a joint logistics center to promote developed medical devices, equipment, and medicines to foreign countries.
    • A memorandum was signed with LLC <<Scientific Entertainment>> (Russian Federation) in the field of joint production of educational games, educational robotics, and classical laboratories for modern higher education;
    • An agreement of intent was signed with the Autonomous non-profit organization “Institute of Engineering Physics” (Russian Federation) to develop foreign economic activities of Technopark residents in the field of high technologies;
    • At the stage of signing a memorandum with the Medical Center “SM-Clinic” (Russian Federation)

    A project for the production of dietary supplements and medicinal preparations from yak blood serum albumin and medicinal preparations from alpine herbs. The developer of the project is the International School of Medicine of the International University of Kyrgyzstan, and the Institute of Biotechnology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Work done:

  1. The Eurasian Technopark “Ala-Too” and the Limited Liability Company “Scientific Entertainment” created ElTechLab LLC, whose activity is the distribution of “Scientific Entertainment” products to school and school education, as well as the provision of short courses and partnership agreements with educational centers in the areas chemistry, mathematics, physics art clubs, etc.
  2. The Eurasian Technopark “Ala-Too” (International University of Kyrgyzstan) together with the company “Pharma” Jointly produced two types of drugs such as “Amoxicillin” and the mucolytic agent “Ambroxol”. 
    • Amoxicillin– a drug, a semi-synthetic broad-spectrum antibiotic of the penicillin group for the treatment of bacterial infections. These include middle ear infections, sore throat, pneumonia, skin infections, and urinary tract infections.
    • Ambroxol– a drug that stimulates mucociliary activity and has an expectorant effect, is a metabolite of bromhexine. Unlike some other mucolytic drugs, it does not have a narcotic effect. It is planned that this line of manufactured drugs will not be limited. Where on the packaging it is indicated – the manufacturer is Pharma Nur LLC, commissioned by the network of medical clinics AK (International University of Kyrgyzstan).
  1. At the stage of signing a memorandum of understanding between the “Scientific and Technical Park Semnan Iranian Republic”, the Eurasian Technopark “Ala-Too”, the International Institute of Mountains and the International University of Kyrgyzstan” on the development and expansion of cooperation, mutual exchange of information, development of projects and research programs, exchange experts and researchers.

The project “Production of the first herbal medicine for the treatment of rheumatism” also attracted attention. Where are they ready to test the drug at a university clinic or one of the clinics? If necessary, we are ready to assist in the certification of the drug in Kyrgyzstan.

The first version of the project “Development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in medical cybernetics problems” was prepared. The main goal of the project is to develop prototypes of computer-intelligent decision support systems in the tasks of diagnosing and monitoring the condition of patients for the corporate network of a medical institution.

We were interested in the proposal to use stem cells in medicine. Unfortunately, no one in our republic is working on this problem, but we are ready, together with Iranian scientists, to start a project on the use of stem cells in the treatment of various diseases and to open a “Stem Cells” laboratory together with the Iranian side.

Regarding the certification of medical equipment. We need 2 copies of equipment developed in Iran, which will be tested in a university hospital and one of the government clinics.

* Further, we can carry out certification in Kyrgyzstan and, if necessary, through the Eurasian Technopark “Ala-Too” in the countries of the Eurasian Union.

In 2023, the university included the Issyk-Ata resort, located 60 km away. from Bishkek. The resort has hot springs, mud therapy, herbal medicine, and physio massage procedures. The resort is located at an altitude of 1775 m in a mountain gorge. If there are businessmen and scientists in Iran who want to establish Iranian treatment methods at the resort and send Iranian citizens to rest and treatment, we are ready to begin contact with them.

  1. “International University of Kyrgyzstan” and Semnan Universitywill research the creation of dietary supplements from yak blood albumin: Yak blood albumin + stem cells; Yak blood albumin + yak lung surfactant, since the Ala-Too Technopark has developed several options for the production of dietary supplements based on yak albumin in combination with:
    1. antihyposants, which will reduce the incidence of high-altitude pathologies when a person climbs into the mountains, and will increase human performance in extreme environmental conditions.
    2. stem cells, which are effective in anti-aging therapy, improve the regenerative abilities of tissues, promote wound healing, and healing of fractures.
    3. antioxidants, whose main task is to combat oxidative processes in the body. Antioxidants slow down the aging process, strengthen the immune system, optimize metabolic processes in the body, and reduce the risk of heart disease.
