ISM IUK Held an Orientation Meeting for First-Semester Students

The International School of Medicine of IUK hosted an orientation meeting for first-semester students with the university administration. The event took place in a warm and constructive atmosphere, bringing together the leadership, faculty, and students.

Representatives of the ISM IUK Dean’s Office, Visa Office, Student Affairs Department, Student Support and Extracurricular Affairs Department, as well as the ISM IUK Student Council, took part in the meeting.

The purpose of the event was to help first-year students successfully adapt to the academic environment, introduce them to the structure of the educational process and the university’s key departments, and address important questions that arise at the beginning of their studies.

During the meeting, participants were presented with informative sessions on key topics such as academic performance and the structure of the learning process, document processing procedures, visa-related matters, adaptation, and student appearance and behavior policies.

At the end of the official part, a short quiz was held, featuring questions based on the presented materials. Students who gave correct answers received memorable souvenirs — branded ISM IUK merchandise.

The orientation meeting was not only informative but also contributed to building a trusting relationship between students and the university administration, creating an atmosphere of open dialogue and support.
