A guest lecture by Dastan Bekeshev, Member of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, was held for medical students.
On April 10th of this year, as part of the professional competencies development program, a meeting was held between students in semesters 1–5 of the General Medicine and Nursing programs and Dastan Bekeshev, Member of the Parliament of the 8th convocation.
Dastan Bekeshev, one of the most open and active parliamentarians in the country, discussed current issues of social policy, healthcare legislation, and youth civic engagement with the future medical students. The students had the opportunity to directly ask questions about the future of the medical sector in Kyrgyzstan and the role of young professionals in national development.
